  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Perishable goods, hygiene-related items, and personalised products are not eligible.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Process

  • Include a reason and supporting images.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via store credit if needed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishables (e.g., groceries, frozen items)
  • Custom or personalised goods
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 7 days.
  • We may request photos for verification.
  • Eligible for replacement or full refund.

7. Fees

  • A £2 handling fee applies to all returns.
  • Customer-initiated returns will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
